When you click settings, drag the top note for the treble clef to where it is on the top space note (G). Drag the bottom note of the bass clef to where it is on the bottom space note (F).

Go to Teoria Interval Ear Trainer.
Under Intervals, make sure these intervals are checkmarked: M2, M3, P4, P5.
Click OK.
Choose what clef you want to use.
Click OK.
Do this game for 5 minutes, then record your score (percentage). If you do not score better than 90%, play it again, choosing a smaller number of intervals. For example, if you know you are having trouble with M2, M3, and M6, then just check those the 2nd time you play.
