This easy Carol of the Bells arrangement will give your beginning students a full sounding piece without scaring them away from the score. Every student wants to play Carol of the Bells and this arrangement will enable elementary students to play beautifully and maturely without overwhelming them.

Students love how mature they sound when they play with the pedal and play all around the keyboard. This elementary arrangement of Carol of the Bells makes that easy!

This easy Carol of the Bells arrangement has a new cover!

We previously released this easy Carol of the Bells arrangement in 2013. Many teachers and students already use it, but we realized that we made a mistake with the first cover. It looked exactly like the very popular Intermediate Carol of the Bells cover except that it had the word “elementary” on it. So, we decided that since so many teachers didn’t realize they were two different arrangements, we needed an updated cover for the easy Carol of the Bells. We made it go with the other easy holiday pieces like Deck the Hall, Jingle Bells, and God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen.

I purchased this piece for 2 young “sort of” beginner students to begin working on for Christmas (we try to start those pieces early so they’re learned by the time hustle/bustle of holiday school programs get underway in December). Wendy’s “Carol of the Bells” elementary is well-written, easy and fun to teach to the young students. I was able to introduce a new time signature of 6/4 without much ado, since the piece is familiar to the students. Made teaching the new signature easy. The piece includes playing a wider range of notes which helps expand their knowledge of the notes and their position on the keyboard. Well done, Wendy! Keep these great pieces coming!

I bought this piece for a student who was eager to play Carol of the Bells. We both loved how this was arranged. This same student decided to add a glissando to the last note of the piece- influenced I think by some of Wendy’s other compositions that we have tried!

Carol of the Bells was a popular choice for my students which were able to leant in the last 3 weeks of term by my late elementary students. Thank you Wendy!

This is a super hit!!!! Studio favorite!

I’ve got a 8 year old student who wants to play Carol of the Bells. It’s a hard piece but you’ve made it simple yet sounds complicated!

This afternoon I purchased your elementary version of Carol of the Bells. Today at 4:30 a 2nd grade student came into the studio joyfully saying that she wanted to play Carol of the Bells for the Christmas recital! Her mother cautiously told her that it might be too hard and she couldn’t do it this year….I wish you could have seen her excitement when I showed her that “yes you can” play Carol the Bells ???? and we proceeded to start learning the one I had purchased from Compose Create this afternoon!

it and my students do also.

Carol of the Bells (2013) version is such a favorite in my studio.  Students love this piece and the fingering for the middle section makes it so easy to play well.

I found your arrangement of carol of the bells to be one of the best ones I could find for one of my beginning piano students.

I bought this piece because I had a brand new student~an eighth grade girl~who started the week before Thanksgiving. I make sure all of my students have Christmas pieces to play, even if they are just beginning. I wanted to make sure she had a “more sophisticated” piece since she was older than most of my students. I did some rote teaching with this young lady on this piece at her lesson. She came to her next lesson with the whole piece learned.
