Yesterday, I told you that I’m going to save you time and stress by planning your holiday piano party or music class for you. All you have to do is schedule the group lesson and there are some tips on scheduling groups here.
By the way, I had an emergency group lesson with my students yesterday to test out the BIG REVEAL which is coming November 19th! I’m dying to show you pictures, but that will give it away, and the pictures are still being processed. So, hold on to your hat. It’s coming and it’s gonna be AMAZINGLY FUN!
Holiday Piano and Music Class – Item #1 – A Free Game!
A good party needs a fun icebreaker! Watch the quick video below to see how to play this fun game. Also note that there are 2 pages of holiday characters that are secular and only 1 that is the traditional Christmas story characters. So, just use what works best for your studio!
All you need to play this “Holiday Who Am I Game” can be found in the FREE PDF file that you can download below (except for the tape). Simply click the green button and you can enter your email to get the free resource. When it comes, up be sure to print it right away OR right click and “save as” to your computer. Be sure to open it in Adobe Reader.
IMPORTANT:
It’s past November 19th now, so if you weren’t on the newsletter mailing list, you might have missed out on the big sale. Just be sure to sign up so you don’t miss out next time. But don’t worry, Rhythm Cup Explorations – Holiday Edition is still a fantastically great price because you can use it year after year after year and make as many copies for your personal studio as you need!

very intriguing
Love the idea! I’ve done this at adult parties I’ve been to but never thought of it with students. Thanks!
We played a similar game at a Church mixer but it was animals of the bible. It was a lot of fun. This will be great!
Sorry, I’m not seeing the green button to bring up the cards? Is it just not loading right for me. I’ve got the video uploaded, but there is no place to click to upload the cards. Thanks.
Hi Kelly, It’s right above the last sentence: “Mark your calendar for November 19th! 😉 It’s gonna be GREAT!”
What browser are you using? It works in Safari and Chrome, but I can check your browser if you let me know.
Your enthusiasm is contagious, Wendy! Thanks so much for sharing your ideas – even in a tangible way!
Eager for Nov. 19!
Hi, Wendy! Love your website and your ideas! I, too, like Kelly, am not seeing the green button to get the cards for your free game. The only thing above “Mark your calendar …” is the paragraph under the video.
Hi Polly,
Sorry you are having trouble seeing the button. Can you tell me what browser you are using (chrome, internet explorere, safari, etc.) You might try another browser until I can have someone trouble shoot it. Thanks for letting me know!
Got it!! The green button wasn’t originally on the page I was looking at, but I just found an earlier email which DID have the green button. Yay! Thanks for sharing all your creative ideas to make lessons more fun!
